TRUST & TRANSPARENCY

Acceptable use

Permission, recording consent, copyright and security rules for HearThis audio analysis.

Syndicate Hub LLC · Updated October 13, 2026

Use audio you are authorized to process

Only upload or capture audio you own or have permission or another lawful basis to analyze. Respect recording-consent requirements, collaborator agreements, platform download rules and confidentiality. A link to a song does not establish a license. Do not bypass DRM, paywalls or platform access restrictions.

Respect people and privacy

Do not use HearThis for covert surveillance, unauthorized recording, harassment, doxxing, impersonation or unlawful processing of personal information. Do not ask the service to identify a private individual by voice, infer sensitive personal traits or make consequential decisions about a person from audio.

Protect the service

Do not attempt to access or delete another account's files, bypass account or billing checks, exploit vulnerabilities, automate abusive traffic, flood uploads or distribute malicious files. Do not create multiple accounts to evade the free-action allowance. Use supported files and ordinary interactive workflows.

Use conclusions responsibly

Do not rely on sound identification or AI commentary for emergency decisions, diagnosis, legal evidence or safety-critical monitoring. Verify important findings independently. Report service abuse or security concerns to syndicatehubllc@gmail.com; include enough detail to reproduce the issue without sending other users' private data.
