AI use & limitations

What HearThis sends to AI services, the limits of listening estimates, and your responsibilities when submitting audio.

Syndicate Hub LLC · Updated October 16, 2026

Where AI is used

Analyze, Ask Audio, and A/B Compare send your audio and request text to AI models through Floot's AI services. Report Diff, Saved Moments, revision boards, and session decisions are local workflow tools and do not use AI.

Listening estimates, not measurements

BPM, key, energy, and audible quality flags are listening estimates, not measurements. Optional browser RMS level matching in A/B Compare is approximate and is not LUFS metering.

Check important conclusions

AI output can be wrong, invent timestamps, or misidentify sounds. Check the original audio and independently verify conclusions that matter to your decisions.

Not professional advice

HearThis output is not legal, rights-clearance, medical, or forensic advice.

Audio and content rights

Submit only audio you have the rights or permission to process. AI output does not grant ownership, a license, or permission to use someone else's content.

Model training

HearThis does not use your audio to train its own models. Provider terms may differ; their practices are not independently verified here.

Human listening

No human at HearThis listens to your audio as part of normal processing, except if you choose to send audio to support.
