Find and refine a saved moment

Load the same audio source to see its Saved Moments. Search note text or a displayed timestamp such as 1:30; Clear search reveals hidden matches. Edit a note and choose Save note, or Cancel edit to keep the original. This changes only the note, not its playback position or creation time, and uses no AI action. Session Export and workspace backups include saved edits. If browser storage rejects a change, previous saved moments remain visible and the draft stays available for retry. Changing audio sources clears unfinished bookmark and revision-action drafts. Signed-in moments are stored in this account's browser workspace; guest moments last only for the visit. Account separation is not encryption. Keep private notes and exports secure.

Keep and troubleshoot a live recording

Open Capture in the source panel. Choose a 1, 5, 10 or 30-minute auto-stop before starting; the default is 5 minutes. The timer starts after permission is granted and shows remaining time. Auto-stop keeps the clip in this tab for review, without an automatic download. Navigating away cancels unfinished capture, and returning does not restart it. Microphone records the selected browser device; Shared source depends on browser support and the chosen tab or screen. Enable Share tab audio when offered. Stop and keep loads the clip into the player. Review it and use Download original recording to save a copy without an AI action. Recordings remain in tab memory and are excluded from workspace backups. Replacing or clearing the source, leaving the workspace or changing accounts removes the in-app recording. Downloaded files remain on your device and require your own cleanup. Cancel capture request ignores late permission grants, but you may still need to close the browser prompt. Record only with any required speaker and rights-holder permission. See /live-audio-capture for the complete workflow and limits.

Reset a forgotten password

Choose Forgot your password? on the sign-in page, or visit /forgot-password. Enter your account email and check your inbox and spam folder for a message from security@syndicate-hub.com. The same response appears for registered and unregistered addresses. Requests are limited to one per minute and five per daily window. Open the newest link, enter and confirm a new password, then choose Reset password. Opening a link alone makes no change. Links expire after 30 minutes and work once; a newer request replaces the previous link. Reset codes stay in this tab’s memory and are cleared when you leave, change accounts or clear the form. A successful reset ends all existing sign-in sessions and sends a security notice. Sign in normally with the new password. Your saved browser workspace, free-use allowance, subscription and permanent Unlimited entitlement are preserved. Never share passwords or reset codes with support.

Organize and remove saved reports

Recent Analyses supports search across notes and report text, listening-mode filters, and newest, oldest or title sorting. Export matching reports creates a private JSON backup of only those report-history records, including their saved session notes. It contains no audio and no other workspace sections. Restore it through Account backup controls: confirming replacement replaces Recent Analyses rather than merging it. Report removal and clear-all require confirmation; clear-all includes reports hidden by filters. Storage must accept removal before the list updates. Loaded work, separate notes, moments, revision boards, decisions and already exported copies are not removed. Use Workspace Backup controls to manage all six local sections.

Verify your email

Sign in to the account whose email address you want to verify. In Account & Usage, choose Send verification email. Open the newest message from verify@syndicate-hub.com, follow its link and choose Verify email while signed in to that same account. Merely opening the link does not verify it. You can also paste the complete original HearThis link or its 64-character code into the verification page. The masked pending code stays in this tab’s memory while initial sign-in finishes; it is not saved to browser storage. Signing out, switching accounts or leaving the page clears it. Full links must use https://hearthis.floot.app/verify-email; other sites and altered routes are rejected. Each link expires after 30 minutes and works once. A newer request replaces the previous link.

If the email has not arrived

Check spam and confirm the address shown in Account & Usage. Allow a short delivery delay before requesting another message. The account page shows when another request is allowed: at least one minute between requests and at most five per daily window. This limit is enforced by the server. We cannot promise inbox placement. Contact syndicatehubllc@gmail.com if you still cannot receive the message; never send your password or verification code to support.

Free, paid and permanent access

Free Analyze, Ask Audio and A/B Compare actions require email verification. Existing paid and permanent Unlimited access remains available while verification is pending. This does not mean that mailbox ownership has been confirmed. The allowance remains five completed free AI actions; Unlimited remains $4.99 USD/month. Failed AI requests release their free-action reservation.

Use shared browsers carefully

In Account & Usage, review Sign-in sessions and explicitly confirm signing out other sessions when needed. This keeps the current sign-in active. Session access ends on the next server request; already processing requests, downloads and browser-local reports are not recalled. Protect the browser profile and sign out when finished. If another tab reports a sign-in change, HearThis clears the previous account view and rechecks the server; the notification carries no credentials or account identity. A status notice explains the refresh and offers retry if the check fails. Unsaved work may reset, while saved local work stays assigned to its account. Cross-tab notifications depend on browser storage being available; session checks also run when the window regains focus. Account separation is not encryption.

Restore the backup you intended

Backups contain reports and notes, not audio, billing or passwords. Import only a backup you own. Select the sections you want and compare the current and incoming counts before confirming. Selected sections replace existing values for the signed-in account in this browser; unchecked sections stay as they are. This does not merge records. An empty selected section clears its current entries, and the preview warns about this. Export current work first using the safety-backup action. Backup health checks saved sections before export. If a section is damaged or unsupported, normal export is blocked and a recovery copy can preserve the original text. Recovery copies are private troubleshooting files, not importable backups; keep one before editing or clearing damaged data. If storage recovery is incomplete, keep the backup, avoid further edits and free browser storage before restoring again.

Account deletion and support

Export your work before deleting an account. Self-service deletion requires the current password and explicit DELETE confirmation. Recurring subscriptions must have ended, and open checkouts must expire first. Permanent Unlimited accounts are protected from accidental self-service deletion; contact support from the account email for a verified request. Clearing browser data does not cancel billing. See Privacy & Data for retained records and cleanup limits.
