Copyright & reporting

Report suspected copyright infringement or rights concerns involving HearThis.

Syndicate Hub LLC · Updated October 13, 2026

Permission comes before processing

HearThis analyzes permitted audio; it does not grant a license to songs, recordings, voices, lyrics or other protected material. Users must obtain any necessary rights and recording permissions. AI feedback and exports do not establish ownership or commercial-use rights.

How to report a rights concern

Email syndicatehubllc@gmail.com with the subject 'HearThis copyright report'. Identify the copyrighted work, describe the allegedly infringing material and where it can be located (a URL, account context or other precise information), and provide your name and contact details. Do not attach unnecessary private recordings. Syndicate Hub LLC's mailing address is 487 Grey Swallow St., Brighton, Colorado 80601, United States.

Information for a formal notice

If you intend a formal infringement notice, include a physical or electronic signature, identification of the work and material, contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law, and a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act, under penalty of perjury. Misrepresentations can have legal consequences. This general contact channel is not a representation that Syndicate Hub LLC has registered a designated DMCA agent.

Review and next steps

Provide enough information for us to investigate. The app does not operate a public audio-sharing library, and temporary processing files may already have been deleted. We may seek clarification, restrict access to disputed material or accounts, or contact the affected user as appropriate. Repeat or serious infringement may lead to access restrictions. Do not send a statutory counter-notice through an assumed procedure; request the applicable process and obtain legal advice if needed.

DMCA status and further information

This page provides a rights-reporting route and does not assert qualification for DMCA safe-harbor protection. A registered designated agent and the applicable statutory process require separate verification. Consult the U.S. Copyright Office's Section 512 resources for official information.
