Service and operator
These terms govern use of HearThis, operated by Syndicate Hub LLC, 487 Grey Swallow St., Brighton, Colorado 80601, United States. Questions: syndicatehubllc@gmail.com. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use policy. Read the Privacy & Data notice to understand processing. You must be legally able to agree and authorized to act for anyone you represent.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share access to evade limits, create accounts to circumvent free-use limits, impersonate others or interfere with service security. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Free AI actions require email verification. Existing paid and permanent access is preserved while mailbox verification is pending; that access does not mean the email address has been verified. Deleting and recreating an account does not reset completed free use: a keyed abuse-prevention counter may remain for up to one year. Self-service account deletion requires a password check, explicit confirmation and ended subscriptions/open checkouts; protected permanent accounts use verified support requests. Free actions and recurring billing
Accounts receive 5 free completed AI listening actions shared across Analyze, Ask Audio and A/B Compare. Failed AI requests release their free-action reservation. Browser-local workflow tools do not consume AI actions. HearThis Unlimited is currently $4.99 USD per month with recurring billing through Stripe; the checkout screen controls the final amount, discounts and any taxes shown. A subscription renews until cancelled. Use Account & Usage to open billing management. Cancellation and access dates are shown in the billing portal. Permanent Unlimited entitlements do not require a recurring subscription.
Billing questions
Contact syndicatehubllc@gmail.com for billing issues or refund requests. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law and the circumstances; these terms do not promise a universal refund period. Do not assume clearing browser data or deleting local reports cancels a subscription. No purchase is necessary for the included free actions.
Your audio and output
You retain your rights in submitted audio and other content. You authorize the processing necessary to provide the requested service, including storage, analysis and transcription through our service providers. Upload, record or capture only content you have lawful authority to process. Obtain any required permission from speakers, collaborators and rights holders. AI output does not grant copyright ownership, a commercial license or permission to use someone else's content.
AI and measurement limits
Reports and recommendations can be incomplete or wrong. BPM, key, sound identification, mix feedback and confidence notes are listening estimates unless explicitly measured. Browser RMS matching is approximate and is not LUFS metering. Check the original source and independently verify important conclusions. HearThis is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, safety, forensic or rights-clearance advice.
Acceptable use and enforcement
Follow the Acceptable Use policy and applicable law. We may restrict access to address abuse, security risks, infringement or legal requirements. Report suspected violations to our contact email. Unlimited refers to the listening-action allowance; availability still depends on service capacity, supported file limits and provider availability.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a useful service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every supported source produces a usable result. Keep your own copies of important files and workspace backups. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and AI output are provided as available without a guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
